Minor Plans of Study Forms

Most students can submit a Minor Plan of Study using StudentAdmin. Students in some majors (NURS/PHAR) may need to complete and print a Minor Plan of Study Form (below) to obtain a signature from the Biology Advising Center before submitting to the Office of the Registrar. Contact your advisor for questions.

Additional Forms and Documents

Students in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences who have received a 2.6 semester GPA or higher in their most recent regular semester and who wish to take more than 18 credits may submit this Excess Credit Request form.

CLAS General Education Requirements
For students entering CLAS prior to Fall 2025

CLAS Common Curriculum Requirements
For students entering CLAS Fall 2025 or later

All students in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences must complete the CLAS general education requirements.

In Fall 2025, the university deployed a new general education program called the Common Curriculum.  Students entering CLAS Fall 2025 or later are automatically placed into the Common Curriculum and can use the second link to read through the requirements.

Continuing students graduating Spring 2027 or Spring 2028 are typically on the old gen ed courses (first link).

Map out your courses, credits, and progress toward your degree using this four-year planning worksheet.

This guide explains Honors Program policies, requirements, benefits, and enrichment opportunities. Follow the guide that corresponds to the year you entered UConn as a first-year student.
